God, grant me the serenityto accept the thingsI cannot change,the courage to change the thingsI can, and the wisdom to know the difference.Let me live this whole dayaware of the passing of time.Let me delight in each moment,aware of its limits.Let me accept necessityas the way to inner peace.Let me, following the example of Jesus,accept this sinful world, too, as it is,and not as I would have it.Let me trust that all will be wellif I surrender to You and Your will.So I will be able to be happy in this lifeand reach the fullness of happiness with Youin eternal life.Amen.
