Prayer of Parents for Their Unborn Child

O Mary – Mother of all mothers, and Saint Joseph – guardian of families, through you we raise our prayer to our one Father for our little child.

In the name of Jesus Christ we ask for every blessing for this little one, that our baby may come into the world and grow up healthy. Today we renounce all evil, and we desire, O God our Father, that You make use of us and of the child You have given us for doing every good in the world, for Your glory and that of the holy Church. As we await the miracle of birth, we entrust to You, Lord Jesus, through Mary, this blessed time. Amen.
