Prayer for an Unborn Child and Its Parents

Lord Jesus Christ, we thank You very much for the gift of motherhood and the gift of fatherhood. Please bless our beloved child (children), growing beneath the heart of (mother's name). We ask You that we may know how to surround our child with love and to accept our child fully, just as he or she is. Kiss our child with a holy kiss. Even now we ask You for faith, hope and love for our child (children), for ourselves and for our loved ones. Mary, Mother of the Divine Child, pray for us. Amen.
