Prayer to the Holy Spirit for Transformation

Come, Holy Spirit, transform our inner tensioninto holy repose.Transform our restlessnessinto soothing quiet.

Transform our anxietyinto calm trust.Transform our fearinto unshakable faith.Transform our bitternessinto the sweetness of Your grace.Transform the darkness of our heartsinto gentle light.Transform our indifferenceinto heartfelt kindness.Transform our nightinto Your light.Transform the winter of our soulsinto Your spring.Straighten our crooked paths, fill our emptiness, cleanse us of pride, deepen our humility, kindle love in us,quench sensuality in us.Grant that we may see ourselvesas You see us.
