Prayer in Marital Difficulties

Saint Jude Thaddeus, we turn to you in our marital problems. Implore Almighty God to give us light to see each other as we really are.

Help us to grow daily in knowledge of each other and in mutual love, learning to love and to be loved.

Saint Jude Thaddeus, grant that we may see and root out every sign of selfishness and of childish self-seeking – those hidden enemies of mature love.

Grant that, learning to give and to receive love, we may support each other through all the remaining days of our married life. Amen.
