Prayer for Wisdom

O God, I know that I must study and gain knowledge, but I also know that I need wisdom, and only You, O God, can give it to me.Give me wisdom, Lord Jesus, to be with me,and I ask that I may know how to use it wellwhen You give me people to loveand good and wonderful things.

Our world is beautiful: grant that I may live in it wisely and prudently.May Your wisdom and Your love never leave me.
