Prayer for inner peace and God's support

I ask You, God, for what You and I know about, Lord God. It matters so much to me. I made a mistake a few months ago and I deeply regret that decision, but I am trying to change it, although it seems impossible. Still, I believe in You and put all my hope in You. Help me, please, so that I don't suffer mentally because of this matter.
