Lord, every day my parents and I are paralyzed by fear for my brother's life. Falling into alcoholism, he destroyed his family and his health. Having been saved from the brink of death many times, he persistently returned to the bottle, seeking oblivion. He became aggressive, insensitive, lost, and hounded by troubles, losing everything he had. My parents did everything they could to help him. But they are now elderly and have no strength left.
