God, my brother has driven himself into alcoholism. Complications brought him to a life-threatening state; he fell, and despite the hands held out to help, he chose to sink deeper and deeper. The whole family suffers because of it, most of all his children and our parents. We all want him to come to his senses and accept treatment. Otherwise he will die.
