Lord, today my brother was supposed to go into detox. In the morning the hospital cancelled the stay. Completing detox is a condition for admission to addiction treatment. Waiting for a hospital place will mean that my brother, crushed by troubles, finally drinks himself to death. Grant, Almighty Lord, that a place opens up and my brother can begin the road back to his family and health. Lord, save him.
