In response to Pope Francis's appeal, we ask for prayer for peace in the world and for an end to all wars. The invitation is addressed to Catholics as well as to followers of other religions. "Let the weapons fall silent, let the cry of the poor and of children for peace be heard. War will not solve any problem. It only sows death and destruction. It increases hatred. It multiplies revenge."
