For deliverance from suffering

I very much ask you for prayers for myself, for deliverance from terrible mental and spiritual suffering, which has been intensifying for months and gives me no moment of respite. For the restoration of my relationship with God, relief, peace of heart and, if possible, a change in the situation for the better.
