Prayer for Perseverance and Help for Christian Mothers

Saint Monica, model of mothers, you fought perseveringly for your wayward son Augustine, without threats, only raising your cries of prayer to heaven. Intercede for me and for all mothers of today, that we may know how to teach our children to draw near to God. Teach us to stay close to our children, even to the prodigal sons and daughters who have gone astray. Amen.
