Prayer for Friends

Father, I ask You to bless my friends.I ask You to pour Your grace into their souls at this very moment.Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy.Where there is doubt, renew their trust in Your power to work through them.Where there is weariness or exhaustion, I ask Youto give them understanding, patience and strengthas they learn to yield to Your guidance.Where there is spiritual stagnation, I ask Youto renew them by revealing Your closenessand by drawing them into deeper intimacy with You.Where there is fear, reveal Your love and give them Your courage.Where there is sin holding them back, bring it to lightand break its hold on my friend's life.Give them also Your blessing,so that they may not suffer want; give them a broader vision,and raise up leaders and friends to support and encourage them.Give each of them the gift of discernment, to recognize the forces of evil around them,and reveal to them the power they have in You to overcome them.I ask You to do this in the name of Jesus.
