Stress and difficulty in managing it

Please pray for me. I have bowel diseases resulting from permanent stress; I am currently in a very difficult period of my life. I ask for prayer for peace in my heart and mind, so that the disease does not flare up and that I remain in remission, and so that I can cope with the situations I must face in my work and private life.
