Prayer request - neurosis

I ask for prayer support for my petitions to the Lord God for the grace of healing from neurosis. This illness causes immense physical and mental suffering. Today is my second birthday with "neurosis." I do not desire any material goods or presents—I only want to be able to smile again, but sincerely, and not pretend that everything is okay. Please God, hear me. Thank you for the prayers.
