I ask for prayer for mental health

I earnestly ask for prayer for me, that my mental state improves and that suicidal thoughts stop going through my head.. I feel terribly lonely, I miss having someone because this loneliness has lasted a very long time ... The longer I am alone, the more I sink into depression and shut myself off ... I am not even brave enough to talk to a psychiatrist, so I am looking for help from the Lord God. Please help, pray for me.......
