Prayer for a good Confession

Please pray for the grace of a good Confession. That in this context God may also heal my distorted images of Him, so that I am not afraid, trust the priest, and for light for him too. That I am not afraid to open up, that I get to Confession at all.. because I keep putting it off, experiencing a kind of wall, resistance, being stuck in my present state, unable to overcome myself... and my heart urges me on... May God repay you 🙏
