Lord, the news about the health of someone close to me that reached me today has added another burden to those fate has laid on my shoulders. The blows that keep falling on my family and on me are making me lose hope. My head is swirling with doubts about why so much evil falls on my loved ones. What is the meaning of all these trials? Lord, show me the way and lead me. I will go anywhere, if only to save my loved ones, if only I may know the joy of life.
