Openness of heart to God's grace

Dear God! I pray for the openness of my heart to Your grace. It comes to me so with such difficulty and resistance. When I feel that You are here, it is then hard for me to keep You with me in the long run. I desire only You in my life so much, but I do not know how to do it.
