Obesity, thyroid, and endometrium

I ask for prayer that my weight will start to move and that I will lose 28kg, as my weight has not budged despite dieting and exercise, and for the removal of obstacles to my weight loss. I must lose weight for my health; I will be having a thyroid test because I have nodules on it and I have to go for surgery, and I also have a fibroid uterus and endometrium. Thank you.
