I ask you to pray for my health, I am obese and with God's help I want to lose weight, I tend to gain weight and I really want to get back to my dream 100 kg, now I weigh 130 kg and my joints are in very bad shape. Good God, help me stay motivated in the long run and change certain habits that cause obesity.
