Lord, Give Me Strength and Faith

Yesterday, I listened to a very wise elderly man. He stated that without faith, no one will achieve their goal, regardless of whether it is faith in God or in one's own strength. I likely lack both. Help me, O God, to believe that I have the strength to overcome this illness and the strength to believe that You will grant me Your grace. Thank you for all the prayers for this intention.
