Merciful God, I ask for health for me. I am not worthy of Your grace, but I beg for Your Mercy for me. Mother of our God, by Your intercession obtain for me the grace of health from Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Hail Mary, full of grace. Reign over us, Christ, always and everywhere.
