Healing of my shoulder

God bless you, I wanted to ask for prayer for the healing of my right shoulder. From stress (I have been going through a difficult time in my life for a while) the muscles of my right shoulder tense up so much that everything around it even hurts. Exercises help me only somewhat. Now I am lying with a warm hot-water bottle. Unfortunately the problem lies in the stress, and my problems have not ended. I ask for prayer that I may rest deeply, I ask for the Holy Spirit, for the gift of joy, maybe it would help. May God repay you
