Graces for my Dad

I kindly ask for prayer for graces for my Dad and for my conversion. I see only flaws in him, I can't see his good qualities, I can't be grateful to him for everything he has done for me. I can't stand him as a person, I can't build a healthy relationship with him. I also ask for prayer for my conversion, for seeing the good in him and for the ability to show gratitude to Dad. Thank you
