Lord, make my daughter come to her senses and stop hurting me so much. Change her heart, take away the pain, sorrow and bitterness. Please make her forgive me past wrongs and open up to reconciliation with me. Change my heart too, so that I feel no resentment toward my daughter and do not repay evil with evil. Lord, take away our difficult past so that we can finally live in the present. Come with the grace of reconciliation and love. Amen.
