I thank You for this day, that I could wake up, that I am healthy, that I have a daughter, a friend, a good home, a job, good people around me, and that I can live and grow, giving of myself to others as much as I can. I ask that I may grow, shape my life wisely, and be able to live well, to be as wise as possible every day and full of wise love for myself and others, whenever I can, also helping others to grow and lead a good life. For H. and W., the two people closest to me right now. Amen.
