Through the intercession of St. John Bosco, I ask You, Lord God, for the gift of true friendship in my life. You, who are the source of all love and goodness, know how much I long to surround myself with people who will be a support and an inspiration to me. I ask You to give me wisdom and prudence in choosing friends, so that I can tell those who are truly devoted to me from those who may discourage me or lead me astray.
