Difficult decisions and actions (work and ministry)

I ask for prayer above all, I think, for courage to make difficult decisions and take bold actions. I have awful blocks in my head; even when I know what to do, fear paralyses me. I ask that I may have greater faith and trust in God, that He really is above this, equips and enables, so that I rely on His judgment rather than my own conviction and take steps of faith, and do not sabotage what He is trying to do in me and where He wants to lead me.
