Covid, no access to the sacraments

God bless you! With all my heart I want to ask for prayer for me. I have COVID, and I'm not getting through it without symptoms. The thing is, I have no access to the sacraments, especially confession, and I'm not in sanctifying grace. This situation troubles and stresses me a lot, because whenever I fell I always ran to confession so as not to fall asleep without grace. But now I don't have that possibility and I'm suffering.
