Constant abdominal pain

I am exhausted by constant abdominal pain, which gets even worse after my period; please pray that all diseases leave my body. So that after so many years, I can finally enjoy health. I also ask for prayer for my marriage; my husband is very important to me, but unfortunately, I feel unnecessary to him. I would like to get closer to him both physically and to talk with him more, to feel that I mean something to him. I feel that a breakdown is returning; things at work are getting worse, and I am losing the strength to get up in the morning.
