Building permit for a house

I ask for prayer regarding the granting of a building permit for a house. My husband and I bought a plot of land, but it turned out that according to the municipal records, there is theoretically no road, even though a street name has been assigned. If we are to build our home right there, I ask for prayer for receiving the permit.
